Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner
Two full-time staff positions are open for Sexual Assault Nurse Examiners. This role's function is to conduct medical evaluations of victims who have been sexually assaulted at the request of Law Enforcement or the Arizona Department of Child Safety.
Minimum Qualifications:
-
A current AZ Registered Nurse license in good standing.
-
2 years of Practice as an RN.
-
Successful completion of SANE-A and SANE-P education programs is preferred, however, we will provide training.
-
Sufficient supervised clinical practice.
-
Current Basic Life Support certification.

Possession of valid Level 1 DPS Fingerprint Clearance Card.

SANE certification is not a requirement for employment.
Forensic Interviewer
One full-time staff position for a Forensic Interviewer is open. This role's function is to conduct interviews with children at the request of Law Enforcement or the Arizona Department of Child Safety, regarding allegations of abuse, assault, and/or neglect of victims.
Minimum Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree or relevant experience in a related field, i.e. Criminal Justice, Social Work, Human Services.

Certification in the 8-hour Basic Forensic Interview Training.

Certification in the 40-hour Advanced Forensic Interviewer Training.
-
Current Basic Life Support certification.
-
Possession of valid Level 1 DPS Fingerprint Clearance Card.

A comprehensive criminal background check.

Bilingual (Spanish) is a must.

Lead Advocate
One full-time staff position is open for the Lead Advocate position. This role's function is to serve as a victim advocate and advocate supervisor. Case management supervision experience is required. Reflective supervision experience and training is preferred.
Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Social Services, Sociology, or a related field.

2 years experience in Victim Services.
-
1 year experience in a Supervisory role.

Current Basic Life Support certification.

Possession of valid Level 1 DPS Fingerprint Clearance Card.

A comprehensive criminal background check.

Trauma Therapist
One full-time staff position for a Trauma Therapist is open. This role's function is to assess emotional and mental health needs, develop treatment plans, and provide individual and family trauma informed psychotherapy.
Minimum Qualifications:

A Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling.

AZBBHE licensure (LMSW, LCSW, LPC, LAC)
-
Associate-level licensure requires the applicant to have an independent clinical supervisor to meet AZBBHE standards of practice.

Current Basic Life Support certification.

Possession of valid Level 1 DPS Fingerprint Clearance Card.
